Lewis Hamilton takes pole position in the 2023 Formula 1 grid, which is highly impressive considering his humble beginnings within the sport.

Sheer determination and talent have got him to where he is in 2023, with a net worth of £270.9 million.

Hamilton’s dad reportedly invested all the family money into building his career, giving the world one of the best Formula 1 drivers in motoring history.

Fernando Alonso – £216m

Second on the leaderboard is Spanish motoring phenomenon, Fernando Alonso.

Daniel Ricciardo – £41.6m

Australian driver, Daniel Ricciardo, reached the Formula 1 circuit through Red Bull’s young driver programme, initially racing with now-defunct outfit HRT before moving to Toro Rosso.

He was promoted to the senior F1 team in 2014 and scored three wins in his first year.

After leaving Red Bull in 2018 for a stint with Renault, Daniel continued his Formula 1 career with McLaren in 2021.
