Found: A Red Bull fan who hates ‘greedy’ Max Verstappen!

For all those who thought supporting Red Bull and Max Verstappen go hand-in-hand, it turns out that is not always the case.

与Verstappen轮,红牛赛车rediscovered the path to Formula 1 dominance, their 2022 title double serving as a springboard for even greater heights so far in the F1 2023 campaign.

The team has now won all 10 grands prix so far this season, and with their latest victory, courtesy of Verstappen, at the British Grand Prix, Red Bull equalled McLaren’s record from all the way back in 1988 by winning 11 races in succession.

Not all Red Bull fans like Max Verstappen

Verstappen has now very much snuffed out any hopes his team-mate Sergio Perez had of becoming World Champion, his British GP triumph making it six wins in a row while Perez once again was forced into recovery mode following a shock Q1 exit. That makes it five races on the trot now that Perez has failed to get Formula 1’s dominant challenger into the final stage of qualifying.

There was a Red Bull fan at Silverstone though who was very much in Perez’s corner, and the folk at On Track GP, the YouTube channel launched in partnership between PlanetF1.com and DR Sports, caught up with her to discuss why she is not a fan of Verstappen, who she branded “greedy”.

Asked to name her least favourite Formula 1 driver, she replied: “So, although I follow Red Bull, I don’t really like Max’s attitude.

“He can just be a bit greedy.”

The sight of Verstappen reeling off victories in Red Bull colours is set to be a common one though for the foreseeable future, at least for F1 2023, with Red Bull still on course to deliver the first unbeaten season witnessed in Formula 1.

McLaren’s home hero Lando Norris did his best to deny Verstappen the win, getting the jump on the Dutchman at the start and leading for the opening five laps, but there was nothing he could do to prevent the Verstappen retaliation who drove on to victory from there.
