Formula 1 has spent the past four days testing at the Circuit de Catalunya whereRenaultmay have set the pace butMercedescompleted the most laps.

After months of waiting the 2019 Formula 1 cars hit the track in Spain on Monday for the opening pre-season test.

Four days later Nico Hulkenberg emerged quickest of all with a1:17.393 as Thursday’s timesheetsaw the fastest lap times.

Alexander Albon was second in the Toro Rosso whileFerrari,despite being quickest on Day 1 and 2, were eighth and ninth with Charles Leclerc ahead of Sebastian Vettel.

As for the teams, Renault were P1 thanks to Hulkenberg however it must be noted that Mercedes and Ferrari covered the most laps with 610 and 598 respectively.

Williams, whomissed Monday and Tuesday’s running, completed the fewest with just 88 laps on the board.
